New Packaging for Yonex Strings

    My mom just brought me some packs of BG-85 from Taiwan today, and I guess there must be new packaging!

    The Left, is the new one (I guess)
    The Right, is the one I originally have.

    I am not sure if this apply to all yonex strings, but currently with BG-85 :)

    Hey, cool package. Guess they used the design from the BG65P package. Man, it's about time Yonex got some a new design. When I was a n00b and bought BG-80 from a store, it was in that green package and I thought it came from decades back or soemthing. This one looks more modern..

    Yup, there is alot of those new packaging available in Singapore already, a stringer near my area told me that they are replacing those old design soon.

    Yeah, even in US, I got several packs of BG65 with new package designs. Similar as ur BG85, instead of the part in light blue, BG65 has yellow.

    Looks cool now. ;)

    The other thing I noticed is that, there is no BG-66 in Yonex Japan web site anymore. I wonder if that means BG-66 will be discontinued?

    the black background sure help brings out the strings surface texture and color:)
