Hey guys, I used to play 3 times a week before but now started playing daily. Suddenly i am getting this pain in right arm ( am a righty) more like a stab pain or a shock pain which starts when i play overhead shots. the pain is occurring between the elbow and the shoulder ie the muscle area. Any treatments that i should use? This pain is really reducing my standard of playing. i cant even hit clears or smashes properly because of this. ThX in advance!!!
Stop playing, consult your doctor. Resume playing if your doctor says ok but not before talking to a qualified coach regarding the proper motion of badminton stokes.
