It would be better if you compare specific racquets, the Tantrum and VH both lines have more than 1 racquet. they were around for awhile and still exist, so lots of infos here, I had Tantrum 200, good all rounder racquet, but lack rear end power, so got a vh2000 (after read pages and pages here). more powerful, more stable, easy to control.

virtuoso performance is quite even balance just slightly towards head heavy a bit. overall, quite a good racket.

Tantrum 200 is a medium weight racket with quite stiff shaft and quite even balance so you can swing very fast. The combination between stiff shaft, weight and the racket balance can generate your power without sacrifice your netting and defense skill. Its very stable racket.

I bought a T500 yesterday strung BG85 at 24 and the frame broken collapse after 3 games. I done a lot of heavy smashing in the game. My victor SW35 is strung at same string at 24. Still working well. The quality of apasc may not so good afterall.

Is the T500 the first Apacs racket that you've bought?? I currently play with a T300 and a L70 and the quality is top notch so far...

The T500 fragile frame is known issue.. I already broke my T500 frame after stringing at 28lbs with BG65 and did a very hard smash (within the isometric sweetspot), and frame literally deformed and twisted...

I have not clashed my T500 with anyone as I play singles... Kind of weird considering APACS is claiming it can handle much higher tensions...

The most durable APACS frames I owned was the Slayer 99, even to this day after number floor hits trying to defend smashes, dives returns, as well as anger tossing onto the floor, the frame still strong....

Hope you get a replacement man... Over here in Canada, in my experience, APACS is not really known for customer support when you have a problem.....

That's so weird, I've had 4 T500's for over a year now. Not a single break, stringing at 32lbs

You might have got lucky with a good batch. My T500, along with fellow members Jimmy and GaryC's T500 broken after few hours of play time...

Also a few club members who use APACS has similar issues..

Also the paint job is definitely subpar... The paint will star to crack (micro cracks on white base paint after a few miss hits.). Also the decal work is extremely easy to scrap and chip away (even more fragile than the Voltric Z Force which does not have the clear coat on top of the decal sticker lol)

For now, when it comes to APACS, I will stick with my T300 and my Slayer 99
