Stumbled upon this while browsing the net..

I think it's 'upgraded' version from the previous ABJG058-1000.

Neat, huh.. :p (my ABJG058 is almost a year old, now Li-ning come out with new model..:crying: )

This is the ugliest bag I have ever seen. If you are in the army and a latex fetishist this is the bag to go for.

If I would be leather or suede I would be nice, but this glossy coating in combination with the color looks disgusting. If you wear colorful shoes, which are badminton shoes indeed, and some jersey, you can't carry this bag.

I realize that, thanks for the tip..
My appearance is normal, nothing flashy.. a plain polyester shirt, short and old wilson tennis shoe.

A leather or suede bag would be terrific, but.. we're not going to see that in years to come.. :(

Even a matte polyurethane look would be better than that polished looking turd!

The previous version looks better I guess. But a main setback is that the plastic on the zipper breaks way to easily.

I just find it misleading that some sites label it as a 9 racket bag when it is not. Li Ning (china) needs to make 9 racket bags more accessible to North American customers/distributors.

The only ones available are $500. That's something most people cannot stomach (most would probably spend that on rackets instead).

That's quite high. That are costs of nearly 3 highend and expensive rackets. A bag has for me only a lifetime of 2 years. For this budget I can get bags for the next ten years.

Li-Ning has more bags than Yonex and Victor combined and half of them don't appear on any official catalogue so it's hard to verify specs or legitimacy...

Yeah.. that would be nice too.. although, it might appear almost similar to the previous ABJG058.

Read about that on the other post, mine still hold.

Maybe it has got something to do with the way you store it? Direct/indirect sunlight exposure?
How about the rest rubber area on the bag?
I'd experince it on different equipment, the rubber-like material kinda deteriorate when left on a heated area.

Maybe Li-ning main market target is China (mainland)?

I am just assuming that the supplier and retailer had a certain understanding that they don't need a proper catalogue..

Never been to China, so i don't know how they trade.

Hi... since you mentioned you have used the ABJG058 for a year now, how is the zip doing? It is so called weather sealed, does it really performs as it should be?

I found that zips are one of the most fragile part of a badminton bag...

    Hey there..
Zips are still in working condition.. despite there were several posts stating it's the Achilles' Heel of the bag, mine is still ok..

Li-Ning's "weather sealed" works the same as any other bag with thermal lining which is basically didn't perform as it should be.
The bag is not exactly water-proof but can resist itself from mild rain.

Thanks for your kind reply.... Actually what I meant is that the zips are so called weather sealed.. so, thought wanna ask you if the zips are really reliable.

The weather sealed zipper is reliable as long as you don't place it under extreme weather condition e.g. heavy rain. There was a moment I had to gone through mild rain condition, from parking lot to hall is around 150 meters. Once I reach inside hall, I immediately check my stuff inside the bag and there's no water droplet at all. I hope my answer will assist you.

Since i'd never put it to extreme weather test (heavy rain or fully soaked in water), please don't ask me to place my bag under under this circumstance :crying:
