Hello guys sorry but i'm thinking about purchasing these as i've heard good thing about them and am willing to give it a shot I can get a pack (of 15 shuttles) for £13.29 with free delivery So... what do you guys thing about the shuttles and price (for the UK) Thanks & Regards: Sree
for 13.29 pounds, that is kind of expensive. In Canada, we can get A+60 for ~$13-$14 for a tube of 15 As for quality, it feels alright for the money, but albeit a bit slow.
Tried them. Rubbish, don't bother they don't last at all, during a Doubles game I had to use about 3/4 shuttles thats nearly 1/3 of the tube used in one game.
+1 Similar experience here ... We ran through 5 birds to finish a 3-game, mens doubles game. The bird cannot take more than 4 or 5 smashes. All the players in our group are at intermediate level and we never had such an experience with Wilson or Yonex birds. Li-Ning A60 seems to be the worst of the lot. We will be trying out some other Li-Ning birds today. I will update the thread tonight with more information.
Agree with everyone so far, A60's are shuttles I'm avoiding after playing with them a couple of weeks ago. Slow, the feather feels really thin, and the shuttle itself is light and not durable. For the same price, you're better off sticking with AS20's.
Tried Li-Ning A+90 and A+300. The former is quite similar to A+60, pretty poor performance. We used almost 2 birds for every match. However the A300 was quite different, single bird lasted an entire match (3 sets of men's doubles match). The bird took quite a beating and now by the look of it, i can retire the bird for warm up. I would say this A300 is close to DNA pink in terms of durability and flight. Speed 77 feels more like 76.
