Time flies. Carvalhosa if i may ask, u do physio everyday? either at the therapist or at home? U do upper body workouts? also, body weight, how did the surgery affect ur body shape?
i'm opted for ACL Reconstruction too. i'm still patiently waiting for the surgeon.

Hi!Jason, I'm sorry to hear that u need to go for surgery.Going for d ops is not as painful as post ops.As I can't do any sports.I don't do physiotherapy everyday.I do it only once a month(I'm lazy) but I learn from every session of physio n do it at home.On maintaining my body shape,Im lil lucky cos I don't put on weight easily.

Cont....I start to hit d gym after my 3rd months.I do more on cycling n cross trainer so there no impact on my knee.I also do more balancing n strengthening.Now is my 4 half months, I do slow jogging, but still feel some discomfort after 1km.I also do upper body to lose some fats which I gain within d months.I hope my answer do help.

halo..i'm andre . My Acl recons about 2 years ago...i have been training , exercising, fisio therapy alot...play badminton again around 7 month after acl recon..now i'm using knee brace for playing badminton again (although my doctor not suggesting using it) because mentally i'm more comfortably using it...hope you get back soon on the court and play competitive again...best regard andre

Hi!Guys today is my 6th months n so far life been treating me well.
1)Knee is stable
2)Able to enjoy social games as weak muscles
Need to build up more strength of my leg muscles
3)still unable to play fast games in doubles and unable to play singles.

Glad to hear. Keep doing stationary biking and wall squats.
