Hello, sir i've just got my new racket : YONEX VOLTRIC Z FORCE serial no : 3957773 291123 TH Thanks in advanced for your help regards VIENG
I am sorry, may I know from where do you know it is fake? can you tell me about it? since for me, IMO it looks good
1.2. Serial Code There should be two serial numbers on every Yonex racket, one on the shaft and the other on the cone. The one on the shaft is the serial number which increases with every racket manufactured. The one of the cone represents when your racket is produced, in the format DDMMYXCC, with DD and MM respectively being the date and month of production. The most important information is the year of production Y. For example, if Y is 2, then the racket is produced in 2002. If you spot an Arcsaber with Y = 0, it is definitely fake since Arcsaber did not exist then. CC represents the country which it is distributed from. Taken from the sticky post.
don't take that outdated posts seriously. they didn't know how Yonex will create their new cone code after 2010 and above (that posts is from 2008) now we know that: Yonex put 0 for 2010, 1 for 2011 and so on you should check my posts too it is on sticky http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/94521-New-Fake-Yonex-Rackets-Phenomenon yes, it is possible to have the second last number as 0 since it could be mean 2010. how do we know if it is from 2010 or 2000? from the shaft serials. much lower shaft serials meaning it is from 2000, much higher is from 2010
