Last night, I broke my beloved second generation Ti-10 so now i'm back on the market for a new racket. Can anyone recommend a suitable replacement?
3rd Gen Ti-10? unless you want something else, then we would need to know your preference and playing style
Defensive/Counter Attack style. I prefer something on the stiffer side, and head-heavy. I'm looking to try a Victor racket rather than a Yonex one.
For something faster maybe the Brave Sword 10 (not the TW coded since it is apparently less stiff)/11 and for something with more power the Bravesword LYD or the Meteor X80.
a buddy of mine let me borrow his mx jjs so i'll see how that goes. How you guys feel about the Superwave 37? i dont know too too much about victor rackets, ive been using yonex stuff for a majority of the years ive been playing
Bravesword 15? It's head heavy, quick and stiff. Quite perfect for your defensive and counter attacking style and requirement ....
I use to use the Ti10 (1st generation) and after snapping both of them in the shaft from smashing, I had a hard time finding a replacement. I tried the AT700 first gen, the AT900P, but the only one that I really like is the Li Ning N90II (available at www.Li-NingOnline.com). If you get a chance, borrow someone's and swing it around. Feels pretty good!
Hi bro how is the JJS compared to ti-10 2nd gen? i'm a ti-10 2nd gen lover too and still looking for the perfect replacement. so far i found Kason F9 the closest but a little bit more flex. if u prefer a stiffer 1, u can try BS LYD as the 1 i have is a bit stiffer than ti-10. i jus bought a BS12 blue. initial impression feels good. will tell u the result when i try out on court
Hey I also just got the Kason F9, and I absolutely love it. The flex on it is perfect for me right now, wheras the MX JJS I tried was a little too stiff for comfort, that would really be my only complaint about the JJS, it's a solid racquet otherwise. I've used the BS12 blue before as well, and i found that it was a little too headlight for my liking, but I didn't get to play with it for as long as I would like to in order to evaluate it thoroughly, but yeah let me know how the BS 12 feels in comparison to the F9.
