    Hi All,

We have two badminton sessions going every week.

    Saturdays 8-10am
    UNSW Fitness and Aquatic Centre
    Anzac Parade/High St, Kensington 2033

    Thursdays 7-10pm
    JJ Cahill Memorial High School
Sutherland St (park and enter on Horner Ave for the badminton hall) Mascot 2020

We have 3 courts twice a week for players who are intermediate (SBA grades B, C and D) and above. Feel free to pop around and we will tell you if you are good enough to join, otherwise, a social court is available for beginners/friends/partners on Saturdays.

We grade players then use a software system to make sure you play different people your standard or above, so you will get heaps of good games.

The club is run by a five-person committee not-for-profit, so money is invested in court hire shuttles, competitions and optional training.

I guess 8am wouldn't be too bad if you lived around the area. 8am start in Kensington for me would entail leaving my house at about 7am ><

I've tried it. It's fine as long as you don't jump too much.

I'd love to pop by but I tutor high school kids and don't finish until about 9pm most nights. It's a shame there aren't more badminton clubs out where I live (Fairfield-Liverpool area).
