I would like to ask . If i perform my jumping smash. I leg actly open wide like frog . LOL . i know is emberrassing but i dont mind cz i wanna know my mistake . any pro advice . really appreciate . or any other way to train or anyway to perform a nice,hard and sharp smash ?
