hi forum. i'm a chubby 31 year old. at least i think i'm 31 . i've been playing badminton on and off here and there. never to seriously. just wondering what's the best way to get in shape for the game. any ideas welcomed.

sounds like u would have power so work on building up stamina and endurance.
Ex. low impact stuffs like stairmaster, swimming, proper sit ups.
