Hi there, I just got myself a pull-up bar that goes between a doorway. I bought it for $10 and it seems to fit perfectly in one of my doorways. Do you guys/gals, think doing pull-ups and chin-ups will help my badminton game in terms of strength and stuff? One of the reasons I chose to buy a pull-up bar, is that I actually enjoy doing pull-ups and chin-ups! I do them all the time when I am at the park with my son. :) Let me know. Cheers

There are other exercises that you would benefit more (squats, deadlift, ....), but if you enjoy pullups: go for it, more strength/stability is always good. At least, pullups won't hinder your performance...

basically not much i can 14 proper form pull ups, done nothing for badminton. Best exercise is squats and and leg press, especially for singles. And even better is improving
badminton technique :). do them though makes you look like an athlete :)
