It's been about 2 weeks and I have a weird nagging calf/bottom of the foot injury. Oddly enough, it doesn't really affect me negatively when I play badminton; however, it acts up a lot when running. I use to run to get my cardio and help with my overall badminton training. I still want to have good cardio for badminton but can't run at all at this point. Does anyone know of any other good exercises that help with badminton cardio/endurance? Thanks.
