To be fair, I had the stock insoles in (which I don't like at all) so I can't draw any firm conclusions yet. My PS TotalSupport are smashed to pieces, so I've got some Sorbothanes coming, hopefully in time for my next session.
The cushioning, though, seems markedly improved over the 9000.
The insole of 9100 is a new product developed by Victor, and just released in early 2014 in China. It is VT-XD-8. But I agree that the quality of PS TotalSupport is a lot better than VT-XD-8.
As regards cushioning, well I guess 9000 and 9100 is equal in this term. IMHO
My sister is looking at buying the 9100.....im in the uk so at the moment I am thinking racketforce will be the cheapest place to get them from?!......problem is I don't understand the sizing on their website.....its all in mm's. My sis needs a 5.5 uk womens size.......so does this equate to 240mm?! Help please
You better measure by yourself or search for the official Victor shoe size chart.
I just want to share my experience:
Li-Ning (Singapore): 265mm -> EUR 43; Fits well
Yonex (Europe): 270mm -> EUR 42; Fits well
Victor (Europe): 270mm -> EUR 42; Fits well, but slightly bigger than I like
Victor (Europe): 265mm -> EUR 41; Fits well (my current size for SH-P9100)
By that I mean: It's difficult to compare if there's no local reseller. I just ordered at my own risk. The best way to get the right choice is to find out the official size chart and get your the measurement of your actual shoe model in mm.
Just be warned. Li-Ning size charts from China could be different to size charts from Thailand, Singapore or so;
By the way: I've purchased mine from racket-outlet.de; Very fast shipping to Switzerland
In my experience, any shoe that is not white but with colour in that area of the first toe of the trailing foot will start to have scuffing from day one...
Well, with the 3 pairs I had before the SH-P9100 I didn't face colour issues at this area.
It doesn't make sense that white colour don't have the same problem if the quality is the same, does it? I mean leather is not white by nature *lol*. The only thing I can imagine is that white colour easier / cheaper to produce in a higher quality?
Whatever, the Li-Ning shoes I had didn't have such coloured leather issues :/
