Has Lin Dan been a consistent performer?
The question doesn't qualify "consistent performer" in terms of playing from game to game, winning a match or others. This is intentional so as not to limit the scope for discussion.
The charts below seem to suggest so in a general sense. What's your view?
In addition, there may be other interpretations/observations that can be made from the charts. I'm leaving the brain-teasing exercise for your enjoyment.
It's interesting to note that in the Standard Deviation chart for 2011-2013, LCW's second games had wider score swing than the other two. There may be a story behind it. Any taker?
The source of the scores is from bwfbadminton.org, Players -> Head to Head tab
between Lin Dan (LD) and Lee Chong Wei (LCW).
