Hey guys I'm dominik from germany. I'm 28 years old and I recently picked up badminton. I have played some badminton in school and 10 years of tennis and baseball each. I'm still playing baseball at a quite high level and I picked up badminton to improve my conditioning, footwork and agility for baseball as well as not getting fatter. but I'm a fairly competitive guy so I want to reach an OK level there too. I already read a lot here, in the badminton bible and watched youtube videos but I still don't know a lot about that.
