Members , do you know any cardio exercises I can do? I'm planning on running lots outside & any cardio I could do in doors? Thanks

jumping rope. best cardio you can do for badminton.

If there's a concern of injuring knees/ankles due to impact, would people here recommend exercise biking? What about those elliptic machines that claim to offer full-body workout, and may burn more calories, assuming one has access to all/any such equipments?

I bike regularly, but have read on other sites about jumping rope being one of the best for badminton.
