Hello bc Members , do you know any cardio exercises I can do? I'm planning on running lots outside & any cardio I could do in doors? Thanks
If there's a concern of injuring knees/ankles due to impact, would people here recommend exercise biking? What about those elliptic machines that claim to offer full-body workout, and may burn more calories, assuming one has access to all/any such equipments?
I bike regularly, but have read on other sites about jumping rope being one of the best for badminton.
the problem with jumping rope, at least for me, is that: - it takes up space - it is boring, i guess you can watch TV if available but the biggest problem? since i am at home and i am doing it in place, it is easy to just stop. go do something else, and never come back. yes, i think we all could be lacking in discipline that way. for me, i ended up either going out for a ride or a run. i go somewhere far out, and the only way to get back is to bike/run back. no slacking off.
