Hi everyone, so I've already thought about it and I haven't come up with much so im hoping someone could help to answer, what are some ways I could improve my stamina during the winter, when it's too cold to run outside? Thanks!
definitely add plyometrics to your stamina workout. it's great to improve your muscle power, speed, and stamina. http://www.artofmanliness.com/2010/05/21/beginners-guide-to-plyometrics/
What does "when it's too cold to run outside" mean? You can run inside, do crosscountry skiing, footwork stuff, do all kind of cardio in the gym, cut down timber, go swimming. Don't tell me that's stuff you never heard of?
jumping rope. as long as you have a decent amount of space at home, you can do it. great cardio workout for badminton, as well as strengthening the calves and loosening and strengthening the wrists.
I skip rope almost daily, when I skip I can jump high and skip the rope twice does this do anything? Haha or do I just normal jump rope?
Not really. When jumping, only go about 1-2 inches off the ground and slip the rope under. Increase speed to increase intensity.
