Ok so to the point... I joined a new club level of play from previous club is slightly lower.. And I am still with previous club and do notice done difference... My dilemma to I just stick with existing as level is slightly better? . The new club plays in league but they are new to it and loosing lots and I don't get much men's games etc... But I guess my overall question is do you feel if you play you need to keep the tempo up for example you only get better if you play better people and if you go back down you go down too?

As a beginner you will alway improve when you play with the better players.

Unless you get coaching : )
