3x racquets 1x trainers 15x rkep grips 2x tubes shuttles 1x first aid kit about £400 including the bag.
6 racquets (I have a serious case of gear acquisition syndrome...), a tube of shuttles, two packs of overgrip, pair of trainers, tub of jellybeans, grip powder and other random odds and ends. Total probably about $1000 AUD worth of stuff...

For some of us old guys the braces, wraps and medications in the bag is worth more than the playing gear.
