Hi BC, I currently wield a Arcsaber 009DX and I can't really wield a extra stiff shaft , but generally I can wield pretty stiff shafts though, I've heard that the arc saber DX series have one of the most stiffest shafts, is the VTZFs shaft stiff anywhere near the arcsabers 009DX shaft? Thanks , I also play singles I'm in between a Voltric 80 and a VTZF

Had played around with it. What i can say is those YY made in Taiwan does not follow the spec. Can be stiff but not extra stiff.

That is not true. I do have a armortec 250 that is rated stiff if I compare it, it's way stiffer, it's okay I can handle it now but thanks.

The stiffness in VTZF is like super duper stiff... im currently using one and it really takes a lot of power to generate the racquet.

Compared to ARC9DX, i would say the VTZF is like way stiffer... well it definitely feels a whole load stiffer. On exact stiffness figures im not too sure.

On the regards to the relationship between the " made in japan/taiwan " quality, im not too sure if it really affects. Im not one to judge but frankly the ARC9DX don't even feel half as stiff.

    Just food for thought.

Thanks, I was told that the head heaviness helps with the shaft bending though I'm glad, I'll see what I can do

I'm not sure I can comment on the Arc racket, but from my experience, the vtzf wasn't terribly stiff on overhead shots. The head heaviness definitely helps and it actually make the racket a bit "whippy" in my opinion. I felt that an even balance PPPP was more stiff than the VTZF of equal weight.
