    Hi guys,

Well, the UK is currently under an Artic spell and last night, we got a bit of snow! Scotland are worst hit with blizzards and up to 15cm of snow (aint that right, Dill?). Anyway, if your a kid like me then u'll love snow, so i took some pics from my beroom window. With more snow expected tonight, all i can say is...

    BRING IT ON! :)

much more than that and the country will grind to a halt.
    Roads will all be jammed
people won't be able to get to badminton
    Is that what you want?
    'cos that's what'll happen!

I am disgusted at the amount of TV and radio coverage we are getting about a bit of weather. BBC Midlands Today had a phone number to phone if you saw snow. "Flakewatch". Good grief!

come visit here, it is so white outside sunglasses is recommended (white color plus all those reflections). BTW, it is -33 C outside or -46 C windchill standing still. I often run between buildings and sometime to the bus stops. It feels like a -60 C windchill.

the snow is thick enough outside that i can crawl from block to block under the snow and never be seen. It's almost 2 feet high in my balcony alone

Sometimes, I dispense with the excavator to build up the badminton muscles!

You see in UK we had around 3cm in leicester, and it took me 4hours to do 5 miles!!

Because the snow fell around 3-4pm, it half melted, then it got cooler (not you cooler!) and froze, so the roads are like an ice rink, literally.

    Nice post woodchuck!!!:D

Nah, I just used a shovel with medium-stiff shaft flex. Good trade off between control and power ... 3U grip.

    not all bad in Canada

today went out with a medium thick fleece pullover. just a bit wet (after all it is still Vancouver). no artic down jackets, no wind chill, no excavator to clear my driveway...
just a simple drive to the VRC to play a quick game of badminton.

so this is why Vancouver is called Lotusland.

cooler - you gotta move west man!

Geez, I was thinking going to Canada for vacation, but not -> no thanks.

The snow in Ohio, USA now is about 20cm high, it's nothing like the big snow mountain in Canada.

That's way too insane......why do people still live in that area.......?

so true... when i take a shower in the morning, sometimes my hair freezes into iceicles.... slowly melting away when i'm sitting in class, leave a big mess everywhere. Almost lost a lot of hair when i bumped into somebody and broke the iceicles. Luckily, the ice shattered but my hair was still intact.
