Hi After using v80 n FB, I am currently very happily suited to my I-Force. I am contemplating on getting another I-Force as back up but would like to know which other racquets should I also consider. Currently like I Force for its medium flex, right balance (for me) and light weight 75-80 gram. I mostly a double player n play 3-4 times a week. Narrowing the brand down to Yonex and Victor. Need some help on suggestion?
Do you still need help or have yoi made you decision because I helped this other guy in the same issue. He was comparing Arcsaer FB, Nanospeed 9900, Victor LightFighter & Karakal BN60 which are alike the rackets you're using so it may help. I typed alot to help the guy and it includes a lot of info that is useful. I will reply to this thread tommorow because I'm currently on my phone and I don't know how to attach pictures (Care To Teach).
i think you should just get another iforce if you like it. or an nr750 i bought my iforce from shuttlehouse.. price was good then.. not sure about now
i-Force is fine, it's the best backup since your main racket is i-Force already. there's not adjustment needed except maybe the tension on the strings, unless you actually want a different racket all together and would like to experiment with others.
Try looking up this thread. I've conmented 4 times. Read them. These rackets may suit you. Its very informative.
Hi, what's the max string tension for Yonex i-force? Can it withstand 28Lbs? I'm interested in getting i-force since my VT80 3U is too demanding for my wrist. I play double all the times, and maybe need lighter racket to play fast. I'm considering Arc FB as well, but lots of reviews say it is easily broken once clashed and with luck, it barely withstand 26Lbs.
frame seems strong i had mine strung at 25lbs without budging. its rated 24 lbs if i'm not wrong because of the smaller face you might not need to get up to 28lbs..
It's not that smaller head that i need to loosen down the tension. Somehow my "touch" just get used to the 28lbs and i tried few times with few different rackets to get back to 26lbs to minimize countless of broken string, but it felt "loosen" when hitting the shuttle. Thus, i had to cut the string myself and restring at 28lbs. tried once 30lbs but it just too much for my arm to handle, caused me muscle pain on shoulder and wrist after play couple games.
