Does using a faster version of a shuttlecock in training benefit you when switching back to a slower speed? I don't clearly understand the factors that affect shuttlecock speed so excuse me here.

don't use a faster shuttle. either hit/feed faster, or use a heavier racket.

Green, blue, red, slow, medium fast, fast. You go up according to the weather I'm pretty sure. I'm talking about plastics so yeah. I play with green. I don't think so :0, just use the shuttlecock speed you use in tournaments or in your casual games.
