well.. don't know if u can refuse the shipment and request for a refund or not
but most likely it will be a pain in dee ass and chances r u'll have to file a claim through pay pal.
Sigh.. that seller has a private feedback.. should have stay away from him in the first place.. i guess yr only option now is hte ebay purchase protection programe
or comfort yrself.. at least u didn't pay the "Normal" price for a "Real" NS8K

Thanks for the reply.

actually i did ask him all the questions about the racket if it's genuine and i also obtained the serial number and i was told after verification from another source that it's legitimate (made in japan, distributed in germany). It's also engraved and not printed on the cap. That's the reason why i chose to buy from the seller. I really didn't know he's lying to me all this while...argh!!!

somebody help please!!!

well don't think neone can help u now since u alreadily paid..
but u can always contact Yonex at your area and have the racket verified
and at the same time report it to ebay, i'm sure something can be done

Hi Vincent, I suggest you report in paypal(Log in your paypal account, there must be a option/button like "report xxx"), once you reported, paypal will freeze the fund in seller's account until you are satisfied. So you can ask for refund by returning the item

All Yonex high-end rackets are made in Japan. The link, that is counterfit because the serial is invalid and also JP coded racket come with a cloth bag for high-end rackets.

Are you sure he is really an offical yonex supplier? or a offical fake yonex supplier?

Hi guys, I bought a racket from ebay, item 320001670421, seller is nashi888888. To be honest, I didn't expect the GR code would be the fake. Now I really worried about the transaction after read you guys's comments here. However, I paid him by Paypal......Hope I can sort it out.

Well, the evidence is sitting in the auction. If you look at the picture carefully you would notice it's instantly a fake.

It's counterfeit as well.
- Picture comparisoin with mine
- Serial number is invalid
- High-end JP rackets come with a cloth bag, not a NanoSpeed bag
