Tum is selling TH coded rackets, Therefore checking the Yonex US/Canada website will give you the incorrect specifications as it's assuming it's a either those two coded rackets in question.

If you are considering getting the 800, it's probably recommended for you obtain the popular 3U version (ie. 3UG5).

kc,
Since he only carries the TH rackets, he won't have a 3U. From what I've heard from users in regards of the 4U is that it's more fragile and has a tendency to over-swing compared to its 3U counterpart.
Have you actually tried out the armortec 800 rackets yet? It would be best if you tried out each one to determine which one suits you best.

i own a fake armortc 800 that i got off ebay that is 3U, the performance is not as bad as i thought it would be but im scared to string it at a high tension. but since its fake it not even be acurate (might even be any #U). im a single player who is getting into mens doubles and playing with extreme headheavy racket often result in lack of control for the fines required in doubles. armortec 800 Of will be my first very high end racket and i take constructive critism very well. if u guys have any thing that i should know please tell me. thanks

After reading so many posts. In fact, I did get a fake racket from ebay. So lucky I got the money back without any hassle. I think there is no need to get a Brand New Yonex.. racket at 60-90 bucks from Ebay. Why not just buy from those 2 trustable sellers. They are selling at a very reasonable price. $119.00 for AT 700, $150 for NS9000 X....
What else you guys want?

you said "two trustable seller" as in tum 98 and....who else?

HappyTa5,
Yup, that is a good point. However if one wants a specific version of a racket (ie. Armortec 800 3U) they may not have it since they are selling the TH's versions which does not have one. In that case, one has to shop at the appropriate places to find the one they want.
