1) please contact the store with # from Yonex UK website and ask if they are selling that racquet on ebay.
2) if so and price is right, why not buy it.
3) be aware that yonex do not warranty the racquet sold over internet auction site. so request an official reciept from the store.

Not sure I thought this applies to UK, I thought in US, the authorized dealer can NOT sell any rackets on bidding sites (ebay, etc) to begin with, regardless warranty concern.

I have contact them and asked whether they sells on ebay or not and they said yes. The price is quite good but maybe I'll just buy from sumai03 since the price is quite the same plus I can choose the string and string tension. A little bit wait for the racket to arrive from thailand wouldn't hurt much

oh sorry, I thought the JP model wasn't supposed to have gunmetal on it, just confused myself.

No GUMMETAL = instant countefeit for JP rackets.

I have a hunch that people are just guessing and going for the cheapest price available. If people are so unsure, get it from an authorized dealer.

I just made the comment that it does look real, i cant be sure thats why i was wanting the serial number check
