Yeah, some took 4-6 weeks, and some would take more than years to come according to his old feedbacks.

Can someone tell me If this one is real:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MEWA:IT

    Thanks in advance!

P.S. When reading this thread, I get the feeling that buying on Ebay is a very big risk with the amount and the "quality" of fakes that are sold there.

Considering his other items now, he is selling fake Yonex grips (No, Yonex doesn't make that kind of grips), I would say this racket has high chance of being a fake.

You can't tell anything from that photo as it is a stock photo and not a photo of the actual racket he is selling. Ask the seller for some actual photos and a close up of the handles and serial numbers. Post them here and we may be able to assist.

There are some genuine sellers on Ebay.com and Ebay.co.uk. There are also a lot people who prefer to sell fakes to make a quick profit. We as consumers need to educate ourselves before we hand over money.

    @ bluejeff, klc28: thanks for the info/advice.

Is it perhaps possible to make a list of Ebay sellers/ Ebay shops that are reliable or not reliable?

Damn it. I thought that those grips were real. I was going to purchase some too. Lol.

Is it true that for grips, if the yonex tape has the (R), it is a fake?

It's not because of the (R), it's because Yonex doesn't produce those type of grips and sell them in bulk like that. The biggest pack of Yonex grips are Yonex super graps in bulk, but those grips are not super graps.

Those cheap grips most likely come from China, as I have seen tons of it from my friends and those grips just feel like regular BlueStar grips; plastic and cheesy.

Ok, I received some pictures from a new seller (hasn't got any feedback yet), whose 1st auction just ended, but as I understand, one can only insert pictures that are on the net (e.g. a personal webpage), right?

No, people can always to attachments (uploads) other than linking pictures with the web space..

    Default Ebay Singapore

Hi, just wondering if any one in Singapore had bought rackets from this seller before:

    http://www.ebay.com.sg/viItem?ItemId=5947726054

    http://www.ebay.com.sg/viItem?ItemId=5947727108

The PBSI logo on the AT800DE does not look authentic to me at all. And the price is too good to be true

Surely in an auction price is determined by the buyers and what they are willing to pay.
