Email this person, and tell him that you know the racket is fake already. State the reason (copy paste BlueJeff's post) and tell him/her that you won't pay to be fooled.

Tell them, if s/he dare to abuse the feedback, they will soon receive calls from Yonex lawyers (say, you copy paste their ebay links for further consideration already).

    Good luck.

Yeah right.....AT800 on sale, that will never happen to any Yonex's new racquet.

Plus this seller only accepts methods which cannot be reversed, that's why he doesn't accept money order only only uses PayPal (no international shipment protection) and Western Union (cash out directly)

By the way, I emailed Yonex that fake racquets are everywhere in the market now and I provide them some eBay fake racquet auction links few weeks ago, and today I just received an email back from Yonex

mmm. Nice email, but don't you think Yonex should brush up on their english a bit? The structure of some of the senteces seem to be quite bad for an international organisation.

I don't understand. $255 + 35 shipping for 2 AT800 is quite close to buying from a local store, and not saving much. Why these guys are taking a risk buying it from an unknown seller? Unless it's from sellers with good reputation like BlueJeff or chun123.

are we allowed to send mails to the bidder to warn them about the item? we can only warn ppl who have bidded, but at least we can prevent them from going into bidding higher and higher...

I think this seller is mainly targeting the western world buyers, which means higher selling price + harder to track him down when know the truth.

In US, AT800's retail price is US$200+, therefore, 2 AT800 + S&H could be US$400. Now, the bidding price is US$280, guess the winner is still enjoying the dream of "super deal".

We can't. eBay doesn't allow us to send emails to people if you are not a buyer/seller of the auction. (Only Buyer and Seller can send emails to each other; Others might be considered as unwanted emails). Once if an user report you to the eBay, your account might be suspended by eBay.

Plus, it is known that people tend to bid at the last minute......and there is no way to notify people like that.
