His feedbacks are quite good from wat i see..
yeh the racket looks pretty real to me. seeing that it is not a shop he is selling from, its very unlikely for him offer a return. most hsops that sell on ebay offer return but as for people hu just sell random things, return is very unlikely as the buyer will use the product. so wat do u think?

how many millions of times are we going to need to say this...

if its too good to be true (on ebay) (about yonex racquets in particular) then it probably isn't..

if u want to take the risk go ahead, get ripped off

even shops say that returns are only allowed if the sold products are in unused condition...(ie plastic wrapping still on grip etc etc)

it isnt too good to be true...as this is a discontinued product therefore it would be alot cheaper. and becuse its alot older..it may look fake.

well as im onli beginning to play badminton and play more seriously..i onli need a middle class one like the ti 7 and because its discontinued which makes it cheaper (most ob the times) i thought wat the heo! might as well gib it a try!

the racquet does look real...and it has the AS-serial and is made in japan.

    first one is fake
because the seller privatise his feedback

    second one i won't risk
    because 20feedback is too little
    and no paypal payment avaliable

ebay's prices aren't too much difference from online store

look at my badminton store or bbesports

i dont quite see the point in buying badminton stuff on ebay anymore

Sounds like to me you almost want us to convince you to buy it, even though all the evidence points to this being a bad deal.

    Racquet fake seller update:

    nycnyc08 - eBay Item:

Please open Equipment forum - few pages back I guess, that I posted some photos of my NanoSpeed 8000 which is utter counterfeit !. The serial code does not match. The bag looks so CLUMSY. The color tone on the racquet mismatch. Its the worst counterfeit racquet I ever seen.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=7193839373

Fortunately, she gave me full refund ($124). However - feeling cheated and wasted a lot of time but considering her effort to resolve this dispute, I left her a neutral feedback

    http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...serid=nycnyc08

    Beware

    Default eBay Watch

    Caution

    http://cgi.ebay.com/100-Genuine-NEW-...QQcmdZViewItem

Remark: The seller is total moron. Look at color of the racquet head. It suppose to be black, LoL. The seller has low feedback. In China and Dont accept PayPal. 100% FAKE.

The photo that you posted seemed genuine to me. But once again, since counterfeit racquet now almost could not be distinguihsed. If you are sure with your purchase make sure the following

    1. Seller has reasomable reputation selling racquet (Make sure to read previous feedback on racquet)
    2. Payment through PayPal (so that you can claim eBay later on if something went wrong)
    3. Have CLEAR return policy
    4. Item is NOT from China/Hongkong/Thailang etc (chances are fake)
    5. ASK the Serial code of the racquet. If possible, seek a US/JP serial code
    6. Beware of "cheap" racquet. If its too good to be true, then it should be fake.
    7. Contact seller first, making sure that he can prove the racquet is authentic (Serial, proof of purchase, return, etc)

can't tell whether this guy sells genuine rackets or not, can't tell the difference personally but 55 pounds for a Ti10 sounds a bit fishy to me. anyone shed any light WAS going to buy a racket off him but don't know now.

The seller dont accept any return, and originated in Hong Kong. Although 50-50 chance as whether the racquet is fake, If I were you - Im not going to take the risk.

Crikey! Lilerk is now NARUed! You should file a compliant with Ebay and Paypal right now to get your money back especially if it has been 2 months since you won the racket!!
