can't tell whether this guy sells genuine rackets or not, can't tell the difference personally but 55 pounds for a Ti10 sounds a bit fishy to me. anyone shed any light WAS going to buy a racket off him but don't know now.
Dispute should be FILED - ASAP. Since the value is below 250 - PayPal buyer protection is not necessary, and process could actually be solved much faster.

Please proceed to your PayPal account and click necessary link that says "file a dispute claim" or similar link.

Make sure you have sufficient evidence. Including but not limitted to invoice and all email traces.

If eBay seller ebadmintonusa is selling a USED Armortec 1000 for $80USD, what are the chances that the Kason TSF 200 he is selling for $200USD is also fake?

Have you ever seen any fake Kason, SOTX, Wilson, APAC, Pro-Kennex, Hi-Qua, Prince....etc rackets?
So far I've only seen Fake Yonex rackets. All the other companies are so small, no one bothers to copy their rackets.
So many factories copies Yonex rackets, probably 5 fake rackets for every 1 real racket in the market.
    Use some common sense.

Also the seller is very honest in stating Made In China. CH code.....USED Racket, Buy AS-IS.

The Kason TSF 200 looks real to me, asking $150, retails for $200.00. Seller also has a 3 Day return policy on new rackets. If you're not happy with it, you can at least return it.

As always, anything you buy on Ebay is at your own risk.

As long as the seller used "Yonex" this term in any of their fake racket auction, the seller is NOT honest because Yonex didn't produce such a thing. This is what brand stealing is all about.

Stating the racket is used and as-is.... is just the common way saying of "no returns", there is no other meaning.

    Default ebay seller

What do you guys think of this seller and his prices? He seems to have a lot of quality stuff, but since I'm new to badminton accessories, I don't know if he's legit.

Judging from his feedback ratio...it sounds good.

Sumai03 is one of the reputed sellers in ebay; many BC'ers have confirmed that before in this forum...

The above link to a "100% Genuine YONEX made in Japan racket" which has series number "050728SP" as shown in the photo. I think that NS7000 was introduced in 2004. There is no NS7000 made in 2002 as the series indecated, correct? Fake racket?!

Correct, NSs were not made in 2002.
