I recently got a voltric 80 Peter Gade limited edition and i was wondering something. It's supposed to be head heavy, it's just, i can't feel the head heavy. To me, it just feels like a balance head weight. I don't understand. I havn't used it yet so im just wondering.

What you are feeling is anybody's guess. If you swing about a tennis racket for 5 minutes then every badminton racket is going to feel head light.
If you want to actually find out the balance, balance the racket on your finger untill it it stays horizontal, then measure to this point from the handle. With factory grip and some string it should be at about 310mm which is indeed classed as head heavy.
