i noticed most of ur racquets have a black, and one of it is silver, the second one from the left, covering on the frames...is that lead tape??

its insulating tape to stop the strings from fraying on the outside of the frame and it also stops scratches on the frame. the silver one is just a racket which i spray painted silver (i was bored lol), it still has insulating tape on it though.

Isn't that a bit excessive? I mean how many raquets do you need to play a game? Nice collection and well organized.

the ammount of rackets may well be excessive lol but have a look at some other members who have probably nearly 50 rackets or more!!!

Hi Lindanfan
Nice Setup.
Your stringing machine…. Was it expensive? Easy to use and have you strung beofre or will this be first time you have strung your own rackets?
Is your machine accurate?

My racquets
Hi guys allow me to join-in, my collections should look more like a normal badminton player with only 4 racquets, rather than some of you ranging from 10 to 30 pieces...
from left to right :-
- Carlton Airblade Tour, BG6 (hardly use)
- Yonex Carbonex 21SP, BG66 (frequent use, love it)
- Yonex MP55, BG80 (backup)
- Yonex Carbonex 8 DX with BG65. (?)
The last one is rare i suppose, I think its about 18 years old. I started using it since I was 13-14 I guess, noted that the normal Carbonex 8 is having "Carbon Shaft" printed on the shaft, but this DX model says "Full Carbon Shaft", but it is now faded out.

lol)
have a look at this thread, it has more pictures and details on the comet 1 stringing machine:
