Anyone of you guys have this issue??
Went to a shop to purchase a new racket, when u go home and play, u feel that it does not suit you.

Can we go back for an exchange?
I believe refund is out of the story here.

No damage to the racket at all.
    I m from Malaysia

i know that it's a lot of hassle and dealing with people who just wanted to try out rackets and never buy one, but i think a demo program would be nice for future customers. sorry that the racket didn't work out for you, best of luck to you in selling it :)

I usually give them away.People like my gifts.
Here in Taiwan, big companies and racquets manufacturers bring their racquets to social clubs for the club members to try see what they will like.Perhaps, your people do business this way too.You guys have some good racquets from local manufacturers, right?Care to share some insights?I'm willing to hear.

Good job, mate,I think you've just pointed something out.How do you return racquets that you bought on line, directly from first buyer or distributors.Since there will be no demonstration beforehand.Gee,it gets me a headache by thinking of it.
