How is this guy generating the power?

    Came across this video from another thread. This Korean coach is breaking a board using the shuttle. But it doesn't appear he is actually using his legs to generate the power. Is it just from body rotation and pronation? (It the link doesn't work it's at 47m50s)

    He's Korean. Koreans have an ability called "focused power".

    You need a higher state of karma and enlightenment. It comes from many hours, days and months and years of practice. Many people don't achieve it. :)

    This reminds me of Lee Yong Dae's smash into a watermelon, that was a lot more entertaining haha.

    the show is just funny!!!! LOL

    and i see that they only censor the yonex logo on the racket that the korean team is using because they are sponsored by victor?

    Oh, that's why! I was wondering why they were censoring one logo but the guy next wasn't censored...that explains it!

    The show is hilarious... You should watch the next episode, "the first match", which has this player whose nickname is kung fu panda and he can do flips despite weighing what must be 250lbs! :eek:
