After a few days of NSAID (as prescribed by doctors), the inflammation is gone.

What should you do to manage the injuries after the inflammation had subsided?

    (1) rest a few more days (or weeks) before doing anything
    (2) acupuncture
    (3) Chinese herbal medicine
    (4) physiotherapy
    (5) light strength training with the appropriate straps and kinesio tape

depends on the nature of the injury

but a few more days of rest certainly wouldn't hurt
