I want a head heavy racket that is fairly fast also with accessible power. I'm thinking perhaps the MX90 or the TK6000. I'm guessing the dry specs should be around 88g, 300-305mm BP, and stiff? Please help!
mx60, mx90, tk6000 all good choices (victor's medium is more like yonex's mid-stiff imo hence the inclusion of mx60)
Have you also considered the BS15? You would get a lot of speed off the 15 and it is also head heavy!
I would take a look at the MX60 and the TK6000. In fact, I'm contemplating getting those exact two myself.
Yep I know, I like Yonex's stiff and extra stiff which i'm guessing translates to Victor's stiff? I have a BS10 (5/5 stiffness --> extra stiff) which is stiffer than the z-force and ns9900 but I don't know what a stiff Victor racket feels like
Yes, I thought about the BS LYD and the BS 10 but I want something with more power so I'm not sure if they'll give me what I want. I'll be using this racket mainly for singles because for doubles I am currently using the BS10 and the RKEP xp-70
Isn't 4u 80-84g? ... That'll be way too light for singles I'm pretty lazy so I try to use the least amount of energy to win. Don't light rackets require you to use more effort in order to clear the same distance?
Well.... how do I say this, I prefer the fast pace of a doubles game rather than singles so I usually use the least amount of energy required to beat the opponent (if I can) and save the rest for doubles I use a really laid back way of playing in singles and usually make the opponent run until they mess up or I have a chance to play a good smash.
I'm also curious about the Panda Power rackets after hearing so many good things about them. How do the revelation and ultra pro kevlar stack up against the mx90 and tk6000?
Hi I've broken my MX-JJS and I'm in the same situation as you. I'm a fan of HH rackets, but not as HH as the Voltric 80 that's a bit too much, I liked the MX-JJS but couldn't get the full power out of it (i think because of the stiffness). Now I'm looking for a racket wich is less HH then the Voltric 80 and a bit less stiff then the MX-JJS, I think the TK6000 will suit just fine between the two, but heard also much of good about the Revelation, very curious... So same doubts here
I like the voltric 80 but I find it a bit too slow so that's why I was looking into more aerodynamic frames like the octagonal frames the meteor series has. Haha so many choices
I used to have the voltric 70 and I found it to be lacking power since it was too flexible and also slow like the voltric 80. However it's nice since it's a fairly easy racket to use due to the flexibility.
I have a feeling u may like the apacs tantrum 200/300 May not be head heavy, but it is a very solid feeling racket thats surprisingly fairly agile. Very easy to access power as well.
