I have had the above surgery to repair a tendon and alleviate pressure in my shoulder. Unfortunately its my playing arm.

Now I had it 8 weeks ago and now I have full arm movement BUT my bicep is tight and giving me excruciating pain when ever I try to clear, drive or smash/kill forehand, backhand seems unaffected other than weaker through being in a sling for 6 weeks.

Nets, lifts, blocks etc are all fine I should add.

Has anyone else had this similar surgery and had the same problem with their bicep. Im currently stretching and doing physio but the bicept which was fine before I went off, although it was missing the short arm attachment (which was fixed with the anchors), is just not wanting to cooperate with me.

    Help please :)
