HOw long does it take for Yonex Ca to process a broken racquet?
Hi!
My dealer sent my cracked racquet to Yonex canada for already 3 month. But up til now my dealer still haven't gt my racquet(cracked or replacement one) from Yonex ca. Just wondering how long does it take for Yonex Ca. to process the whole thing and send the racquet back?
Thx

well, you should contact Yonex then, I don't think we can give you a definite answer here.

Or, maybe they think ur crack is not manufacture defect? Therefore, no replacement???

I had an Iso Swing Power 500 SS in which the carbon fibres on the shaft (after being hit by the shuttle) frayed out like a fan.
Returned it to the dealer, it took about 6-8 weeks before I got the replacement from Yonex (but I had to pay the re-stringing!
).
2 weeks later, the replacement racquet had the exact same defect. The dealer immediately gave me a racquet from their existing stock.
I had to constantly nag my dealer as to when the replacement will arrive.
Good luck!

If there is no replacement, yonex will send the cracked racquet back with a letter saying what's wrong and why there is no replacement.Originally posted by LazyBuddy

I have no idea why my dealer took so long. They said they usually send a batch of racquet to yonex so i think yonex will examine all the racquets and then send all back at once. If that's the case then i can understand the long wait.

If I were you, I would just give them a call rather than guessing in here.

I am not absolute sure this is correct. One of my friends did get exchange in US here for his 2 broken Ti-10 SP version (both bought in China). This was about 2 years ago. The 2nd time, Yonex USA even told him that the Ti-10 was not available anymore in US market. Ask him whether he’d like to settle on a MP77 (slight cheaper than Ti-10) or pay a small upgrade fee to get a MP100. He settled with a MP77. Now he plays with this MP77 which is a US version. I was a bit amazed with the customer service by Yonex USA.I think we have made ourselve clear enough in here and other threads. The answer is no.
