    Hey all
I just trained and what i've done is practicing overhead shots.
But i have a difficulty in executing the footwork.

Im using chasse, skips, lunges, and jumps to get in place if the shuttle is going to the rear court. But my coach is telling me to use running steps (backward running/walking)

Basically what he tells me to do is:
    1 Racket up
    2 Sidestep
3 Get in position (This is where running steps apply)
4 Get balance (left foot straight forward, right foot turning on the side below left foot)
    5 Aim
    6 Square left arm
7 Turn hip , right foot towards the shuttle, reach the shuttle
    8 Hit the shuttle
    9 Follow through
    10 Get back to base

Basically what im having problems with is
    2 , 3 , 4 , 7 , 9

Any drills or videos to help me out?

    thanks
