hi all, admins: please move this thread if i have posted on the wrong place. i have got 2 at900p. both cracked from stringing. I send the racquets back to yonex and they say they would return me credit points instead of the racquets as they are out of the at900ps. does anyone know how does the credit points works? thanks in advance.
so it's kind of like an 'exchange' thing... they hold your cash and you can use it for further purchases. not bad at all!! say, how did you get them to offer you that? what really happened since your purchase, can you share a little bit more? (beacuse i've heard horror stories about rackets and distributors/company not taking them back so the buyer had to bear the loss alone )
mine was just showing cracks from from stringing i guess since there is not clashes made. so i went back to the shop that i bought my racquet at...they sent the racquet back to yonex and they test it to see if it was a man made crack/clash or manufacturing fault. then they will decide how many credit points u will get..most likely the amount u paid for the racquet. then u get to choose for a direct replacement from yonex or if yonex gives u credit u can get another racquet as replacement from the shop which yonex will eventually give them the racquet u requested.
