Does anyone knows about Hariyanto Arbi's whereabouts? Heard rumours that he might be wearing Spore's jersey, but yet to see him play in any tournaments.

That's good for S'pore but not good for Indo.
We must achieve our 2012 target ,remember?
    He could be the catalyst....

I don`t think Singapore can achieve that without foreign players, but how many foreign players can SHE have and how good the players are????

I doubt we will reach the 2012 target.

  7. when singapore imports players esp from indo they get the low class players. all the world class players would already be filtered out and recruited by the PBSI. but these low class players of indonesia are still better than singapore's best players.

To tell you the truth, Singapore has long way to go, a very long way to go before they can achieve anything in sports with their own people.

Realise that all our top sports men and women are orginally from other countries. With the exception of our swimmers, but then again, compare our swimmers to other national team swimmers?....... fans from other countries would never have even heard of them

Yeah. They don't really have a sports culture here. The government outwardly promotes sports, but in reality, doesn't really do much, if anything at all.

Something drastic need to be taken by the Government.

    Perhaps, at grassroot level.
