Pro's Pro Automatic Swivel Clamp Base, Bar and Clamp

I'm wondering has anyone tried this clamp base before?

I messaged W&D and asked if they would have this in stock, they told me that the one they tested a few years ago had a few problems and that's why they never stocked it

However this may have been fixed now but they aren't sure

Any more information?

Problem he said was "important piece of metal wore away very quickly so the clamp was useless. There is a design fault and I do not know if it has been corrected."

 

Well it's only made for tennis/squash as the clamp is actually hollow and my ones aren't

So it will be an upgrade probably to the Alpha Ghost then
