It does, but that's because of how rough it is; it has nothing to do with durability.

Stringing is a scary enough job as it is

How does everyone try out strings so quickly? I still have my ashaway zymax 67 sitting around because I'm trying the Fleet Ultimax Turbo Nano 66 lol...

Perhaps you all have convinced me to try this Gosen string, after all. I'll try it after I get through some strings. I'm not really in the habit of cutting strings before they break.

Get your own machine and a bunch of strings you want to try, your strings won't last two weeks

Trying new and different strings is so much cheaper than trying new and different rackets.

I've probably spent as much on personal string since I got my machine as on the machine.

I'm having to control myself, it was becoming a bit of a problem.

Hahaha I do have my own machine! I own a klippermate m140.
I think everyone here is getting to me
I just cut a just-strung BG65Ti to possibly try out some Zymax 67!

The only problem is, I don't string enough of others' rackets to merit cutting strings

I have a big problem cutting strings!

I really have to be sure that they require re-stringing before cutting.

I think it's like the old adage, "if it isn't broken, don't fix it".

Had my first play with this string. First impressions are not good. This is a hard string and I found that I was getting a lot of vibration from the string which I could feel in my arm. I'll leave it in for a few more days but I'm really surprised to discover this.

For the record I strung my MX90 in one piece at 25/27lbs which is my usual setting. Maybe I prefer a softer string. I asked a fellow player to test who usually plays with BG66 Ultimax in his rackets. He confirmed there was a lot of vibration from the string.

Perhaps is works better in some rackets but it certainly doesn't suit my MX90.

Yes, it's a first! I was so surprised by this as I was expecting great things from this string. That's why I had another player test the racket and they commented about the vibration before I mentioned it.

Perhaps this is just a simple issue that the MX90 and this string are not compatible. I'm now testing another Gosen string to see if that plays any better.

I'm really disappointed as I was looking forward to this string being the answer. Oh well, back to testing.

If I may quote you from another thread, does this mean you get the larger sweetspot of lower tension, but without it feeling soft? Or doesn't it work like that?

Interesting question, but I think only the racket is responsible for the size/shape of the sweetspot; I can't see string tension enlarging it as such.

Disagree. I think it does to some degree. Lower tension leads to a larger sweet spot.

Well, anybody out there with a Babolat RDC can test it for us.
