been probably 10 years since i've played somewhat competitively and would like to get back into badminton. no idea where any equipment is so plan to get new things. I would consider myself intermediate + when i actually play a bit. I'm 6 ft tall and fairly strong but not as fast as I usually am. My hands compared to most asians is probably pretty big.

Would prefer something that is slightly head heavy to generate a bit more power but I can provide a lot of the power myself. As of now I have not played a while so my reflexes aren't great but I usually have fairly good racket control. I play fairly aggressively.

What type of racket and string would be good in the medium to upper range? Price really doesn't matter but good value would be nice since I may upgrade once I get back into form. so maybe 100-150$ USD? if there is one that is better than other I have no issues spending more. Thanks for any help~ Also I'm in the USA so rackets that can be found in USA would be helpful

Yonex Voltric 70 would be a good choice. It is a little head heavy.

Panda Power Revelation or Ultra Pro would be very good options ... for that price range, much better than Yonex or Victor.

Control of the Voltric 70 is ok. It's easy to use.

The Z-Force is very stiff and head heavy. It's ok if you have a strong a arm and wrist.

Looking at the title of the thread, I was going to suggest that you check under your bed?

Sounds good. Make sure to post back your impressions on the Panda thread.
