Hey all, i was just wondering on how you secure your racket bags.

It is very important to secure it as our beloved comrades might get stolen in a moment. Especially if there are many envious players in your are ;) lol

Im interested in sharing your ways, it might give me/others an idea!

Unfortunately for me, i don't know how to secure my MX JJS 3 piece signature bag. (It has only one zipper hand so i can't put a lock)

    Share your pictures and ideas!

    Cheers :)

Play with the bag on your back or shove some snakes in there.

Failing that have faith in humanity

If someone is going to steal your bag there's not much you can do about it i'm afraid. Just hope it never happens

Why hope when you can prevent/stop it?

Well at your location there may be lots of honest people, but here in mine....... oooh, i hope no one will have an interest in my bag.

And btw im not just saying that you protect it against clubspeople.
Im saying you keep it secure maybe while travelling in public too.

Maybe put some fake scorpions or props? lol

Ok, to my knowledge there's not much you can do about it. When you're playing a game someone could just walk off with it if they want. Maybe strap it to a bench or chair?

If you really think it might get stolen put a gadget in where you can track its location?

I remember a time when we would have an ordinary soft sports bag for clothes, and then a racquet bag that could hold 3 racquets. We would brin the racquet bag, with our valuables, and place it beside the court when we played. Then, after finishing, we would take the racquet bag and walk back to our clothes bag.

I secure mine by being a 110kg ex international powerlifter with a shaved head and scary beard.

I put locks on my bag. I had 2 rackets stolen, my phone and my car keys on a tournament.

If I'm playing in a new place with people I don't know, I put the bag right next to court I'm playing. I trust no one.

I feel like I have been too trusting now. O_O I always leave it out in the open, sometimes open, with rackets and birdies coming out.

Put the bag in another bad with two zippers. Lock up the second bag with an massively oversized lock.
Lock up second bag in an overkill safe. Problem solved!:D:D:D

Use the best feature of any model of smartphone you have at the moment; turn-on the recording mode, set to 720 or 480p video resolution to save space, click on record button, place the smartphone anywhere facing your bag. By doing so, you can have 2 advantages: 1. IF someone steals anything on your bag then you'd know whom, 2. That someone MIGHT be more interested in your recording smartphone that he/she would focus in stealing that smartphone than your bag!

Another way is to bring a hardcase suitcase with numbered-lock on it, put your limited edition bag (and pretty much everything else on it) into the suitcase, then set the number that only you know. That way, you have safeguard your precious treasure while able to make everyone jealous.

Heard that the whole bag was gone. So it is still not totally secured even the bag is locked.

If allowed, put your bag right under the net post.
