Hi there, I'm an intermediate to advanced doubles player and I'm looking at getting a new racquet. I used Yonex, but I switched over to using a Karakal SL 70 a few years back and I really loved it. The problem is that I don't like the new model SL70 or the M-tec version, so I'm looking for a replacement. I prefer to play a more control game with drops and net play, but do like to smash. I had an MP 99 and Armortec 500 before and I thought they both were too head heavy and not fast enough in doubles. I also tried the Armortec 900 power, and thought it was a bit better, but still didn't like the feel of it much. My options I'm looking at are: Victor bravesword 12 Nanoray 600 or 700 FX Arcsaber i-slash, 9 FL, Flashboost Anyone know which of these fits my criteria the best? The only complaint I had with the SL 70 was the smash was a a little bit weak for me. Sometimes it felt I wasn't really making a "hard" impact on the bird since the racquet travels so quickly during the swing. Thanks everyone!
