hi, i am a student currently carrying out coursework research. if anyone could give me some information i would be grateful. i would like to know... the main fitness components for badminton which muscles are used in particular shots. and if you could send me any diagrams of good examples of a smash, overhead clear, short serve etc. that would be a really big help. im not really expecting anyone to go out of their way to help me, if you do you are a very very nice person and i thank you. cheers, Sarah p.s. sorry about the deciving title. but i needed to get your attention somehow and short of putting "naked badminton doubles game" i only came up with that!!
