any badminton fanatics must read this!

    hi,


    i am a student currently carrying out coursework research. if anyone could give me some information i would be grateful. i would like to know...

    the main fitness components for badminton
    which muscles are used in particular shots.
    and if you could send me any diagrams of good examples of a smash, overhead clear, short serve etc. that would be a really big help.

    im not really expecting anyone to go out of their way to help me, if you do you are a very very nice person and i thank you.

    p.s. sorry about the deciving title. but i needed to get your attention somehow and short of putting "naked badminton doubles game" i only came up with that!!

    the smash and shots one, go look 4 a topic by Steplantis. He posted one webbie with pics sometime ago. the main fitness components r endurance, stamina, and, ummmmm........... u gotta get the elders over here, i am the youngest here and god knows why I am here.

    They have some good books.

    Check them out. It could of good help.
