It'll be interesting to see if WSX can maintain her form and momentum here coming from a high at the AE.

Yes, looking forward how she will perform here, her first tough test should be QF as she will meet P.V. Sindhu unless Canadian Michelle Li could pull an upset.

Imagine you are world ranked 500 in doubles and you are doing a home GPG. And as a first match, you play against Zhang Nan/Fu Heifeng. Well, at least it will make good pictures

Will we see a repeat result of the second round of AE, or will Adcock/Ellis reverse it?

After the high of 2 titles in the All-England, I think chances are less for Team INA this week considering the top guns are already returning home.

MS - only Andre Kurniawan Tedjono (and the unknown Viky Anindita) is in the Draw (up to R32). Andre should make it to R16 where he will meet Tian Houwei, whereas Viky should lose to the in-form Son Wan Ho [2]

WS - Bellaetrix Manuputty once again has a kind draw and I hope she progresses to QF where she will face the fourth-seed Sung Ji Hyun. As for Lindaweni Fanetri, she faces a tricky draw against the up-coming Kirsty Gilmour. Even if she wins this first match, I don't think she can beat Sun Yu in R16.

MD - this is probably the discipline that offers the biggest hope for Team INA in Markis Kido/Marcus Fernaldi Gideon [5], after the high of reaching SF in the All-England last week. They are expected to feature in a rematch against the top-seed Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen in the QF. Winning that again, they will square off against the hard-hitting Chai Biao/Hong Wei [4]. As for the other pairs: the Pelatnas pairings of Ade Yusuf/Wahyu Nayaka will immediately face a tough match against Ko Sung Hyun/Shin Baek Cheol [7] and Ricky Karanda Suwardi/Berry Angriawan [6] are expected to fulfill their seeding and face Lee Seng Mu/Tsai Chia Hsin [2] in the QF.

WD - Unlucky draw for the upcoming pair of Suci Rizky Andini/Tiara Rosalia Nuraidah as they face the top-seed Kamilla Rytter-Juhl/Christinna Pedersen today. The top-seed is expected to face INA's other pair Nitya Krishinda Maheswari/Greysia Polii [6] in the QF. Anggia Shitta Awanda/Della Destiara Haris also has a formidable task of beating the third-seed Jung Kyung Yun/Kim Ha Na today. Finally, Pia Bernadeth Zebadiah/Rizki Amelia Pradipta [4] may have a tough time fulfilling their seeding, with a Korean pair Kim So Young/Jang Ye Na [5] blocking their path in the QF.

XD - the top-seed Xu Chen/Ma Jin withdraws from the tourney and this leaves the field open for Joachim Fischer-Nielsen/Christinna Pedersen to retain their title. Pelatnas's new pairing of Praveen Jordan/Debby Susanto are expected to beat their seeded counterpart Riky Widianto/Richi Puspita Dili [7] and progress to QF where they should meet the Adcocks. As for Markis Kido/Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth [4], they face a tough opener against Anders Kristiansen/Julie Houmann and if they win the first match, another tough match against possibly Mohd Rijal/Vita Marissa awaits them.

I will be happy if INA has a couple of representatives in the SF.

The BC server was down for some time ?

The Koreans are feeling and suffering the impact of missing their aces, LYD and KSR, first at the AE, now here.
